
REIKI


Reiki is a gentle, Japanese energy healing practice designed to help your body and mind relax and restore balance. It’s based on the idea that life energy flows through us, and when that energy is blocked or low, we can feel stressed, tired, or just 'off'.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During a Reiki session, we will have a chat about what you are currently feeling and experiencing in your life, and if there is anything specific you would like to focus on. Then you can lie back and make yourself comfortable, as I gently support you to relax with a short guided meditation. Once you're feeling settled I will begin channeling Reiki by placing my hands lightly on or just above different parts of your body to support the natural flow of energy.
Your experience may be different each time you receive Reiki, many people feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, and deep relaxation, others may notice some emotion rising (all is welcome!), perhaps images, memories or visualisations come to mind, or you can just let your thoughts wander and drift off. There is no right or wrong and Reiki will work exactly where it needs to.
