Hi, I'm Emma; Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, photographer and co-parenting mum of three children aged 5, 7 and 9. I provide one on one hypnotherapy and psychotherapy sessions (in person in Warragul or Trafalgar, and virtually from the comfort of your own home) group hypnotherapy and often facilitate women's circles and events.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way to explore your inner world. It supports you to access unprocessed emotions, bring unconscious patterns into conscious awareness, and create meaningful shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours - all at your own pace.

People find hypnotherapy supportive for many reasons: to manage stress or anxiety, shift habits, overcome fears, reconnect with their intuition or higher self, find motivation, or move through life transitions with more clarity and ease.

About...

I have a special interest in supporting people who are seeking their true selves, those yearning to live with more purpose, alignment, and authenticity.

I also care deeply about parenting and reparenting work, and how this inner healing ripples outward to shape the next generation with more presence, compassion, and self-awareness.

In supporting parents to reconnect with themselves, we also support their children creating safer, more attuned relationships and helping to break intergenerational cycles. I'm a big believer in our children being our mirrors - if there is something you're finding challenging in your children - look inwards! I can help you to uncover what is is coming up ready to be healed, and also with information and practical hands on ideas to enable you to support your children.

Beyond the psychological and behavioural, hypnotherapy also works on an energetic level. When we drop beneath the noise of the conscious mind, we begin to access the deeper layers of the self - the places where emotion, energy, memory, and meaning live. At times, what arises may not originate solely from this lifetime. Patterns, beliefs, or emotional imprints may be inherited from ancestors or carried through past life experiences, waiting to be witnessed, integrated, or released. This work holds space for that, too.

Sessions can also be deeply restorative. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system - the part of us responsible for rest and repair, hypnotherapy helps shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into calm, healing states. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and more connected to themselves and something greater.

My story...

After the birth of my third child in 2020, hypnotherapy transformed my mental health and outlook almost immediately. Feeling better than I had in years, I knew I wanted to help others in the same way.

In 2021, I began formal training in Clinical Trauma Hypnotic Sciences, igniting a passion for supporting maternal mental health and helping people change patterns to live and parent with intention.

Prior to this, I worked for many years in the corporate world, facilitating groups to improve processes and challenge norms. I’m also certified in Motherhood Studies and several evidence-based parenting methods, and value lifelong learning and growth. Can't stop, wont stop!

I'm the first to admit I don't have it all figured out, and when kids and parenting is involved, perfection doesn't exist! We are human and we inevitably will mess it up... Life is messy. Being human is messy. But when we slow down and begin to wake up - to ourselves, to each other, to what really matters - there is so much beauty, love, and connection to be found. We don’t need to be perfect. We just need to find the courage to keep showing up, with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to live more truthfully, one small step at a time.

I live in beautiful Willow Grove, Gippsland with my three kids, a collection of baby fruit trees, some veggie beds, and occasionally, a bucket of tadpoles!

Motherhood has brought many challenges - fertility struggles, anxiety, having no clue who I was, birth trauma, relationship ups and downs, co-parenting, and overwhelming exhaustion. Throughout it all, I've had a real drive for knowing there is more. Navigating these pushed me to reconnect deeply with my body and learn to trust my senses in ways that I'd never done before. This journey opened me to growing my intuition and following my purpose and soul’s truth.

Alongside this, I have always been curious about the unseen - the subtle energies, the mysteries of the spirit world, and the deeper layers of consciousness that lie beyond everyday awareness. This curiosity shapes how I hold space in my work - with openness to whatever wisdom or healing wants to arise, seen or unseen.
