Hosted by Cristy Russell - Empower the Woman
Sunday 18th May 2025, 10am-7pm at the Heartspace Studio, Churchill
This isn't just a workshop - it really is a full day experience. A reclamation.
You have a full day for YOU. Where you will be nourished, loved, and listened to. Where you get to show up and discover, meet, release and/or play with parts of yourself that have been wanting to step forward.
Throughout the day, we will move between deep embodiment practices, ritual, group expression, and unlocking layers of ourselves that have long been waiting to be felt. We will do this through circle, archetypal energy, somatic embodied inquiry and practice, body art and photo shoot experience (with me, Emma Hill Photos), drumming and chanting, a shared meal, and the power and energy of women gathering together. One not to be missed!

I acknowledge the Gunaikurnai people as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land where I live, work and raise my children. I hold deep gratitude for their continued care of Country, and for the stories and wisdom carried through generations against immense challenge. I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and recognise the unbroken connections all First Nations peoples hold with earth, water and sky. Always was, always will be.
