Clinical Hypnotherapy
In these one-on-one sessions I will gently support you to slow down, quiet the noise and connect with your subconscious mind and body to improve your mental wellness. Here, we are able to allow your subconscious mind to have a voice, and empower you to make powerful changes in your thoughts, feeling and behaviours. These sessions can have a positive impact in so many areas in your life, including:

I work holistically and our first session will include a thorough consultation and relaxation hypnotherapy tailored specifically for you. We may also discuss and practice some simple tools for you to take home to support you to achieve your goals.
Available in person at Warragul Natural Health, or in the comfort of your own home via telehealth.
