Clinical Hypnotherapy uses a focused approach to access your subconscious mind and the wisdom of your body to allow processing, healing and make changes on a deeper level. With your focus and intention, we can gain insights and work with your subconscious mind and body to gently access the root cause of challenges, to gain understanding and find freedom from things that have been holding you back. These sessions may also include somatic (body sensation) exploration and practical tools to support your mind, body and nervous system.

I incorporate somatic work in my sessions, and work with you and the innate wisdom of your body and nervous system, to begin to rebuild the mind-body connection, to increase your capacity to stay present in your body so you can show up the way you want to.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system that works to restore balance in the mind, body and in your overall energy field. It is a gentle, holistic approach that channels life force energy to help bring about peace and calm, support the body to release what it no longer needs, to activate it's own healing, to find balance and to feel more resourced and able to cope with all of life's stresses again.
