Group hypnotherapy is a gentle and more affordable way to experience the benefits of hypnosis in a shared, supportive environment. These small-group sessions (4-6 people) are intentionally designed to create a small container to support healing in community.
The process is tailored to the group, and you'll be invited to share your experience and be guided through practices that support the theme of the session, such as anxiety, nervous system regulation, inner dialogue, self-connection, or intention setting.
The collective energy of a group can often bring more powerful shifts, and support you to experience feeling less alone. Simply being in the presence of others on a similar path can amplify your own experience and open up different pathways of healing.
You can join a session at a set date/time that I’ve created (keep an eye on the events page), or you’re welcome to bring your own group, whether that’s a few friends, family members, or like-minded souls - and we can schedule a time that suits you.
