Clinical Hypnotherapy
These one-on-one sessions can gently support you to make powerful changes in your thoughts, feeling and behaviours, with anything you put your mind to, including (but not limited to!):
Change habits and overcome addictions (such as smoking, nail biting, emotional eating +)
Manage stress and overwhelm
Overcome fears and phobias
Improve your sleep
Make changes to the way you react under stress
Improve your mindset and inner dialogue
Change underlying patterns and beliefs
Manage guilt and shame
Cope with grief & loss
Increase confidence and motivation
Reparent inner child and manage effects of childhood trauma
Calm overthinking and quiet your mind
Includes a thorough consultation and hypnotherapy tailored specifically for you. We may also discuss and practice some simple tools for you to take home to support your goals. I recommend a minimum of three sessions, with packages available including a take home recording to strengthen new neural pathways and solidify the changes.
